I meet clients where they are at and help them to where they want to be in their lives.

I have worked with youth in juvenile detention centers and supported people experiencing domestic violence, rape, and crisis. I have sat with people who have lost a loved one. I regularly work with people on their anxiety, depression, relationships. Whatever the situation or difficulty someone is facing, I adjust my approach that best suits each client.

I provide a safe space for people to feel heard and supported. Together, my clients and I build on the strengths they already have and empower them to continue to grow and heal. Most of all, I meet them where they are at and help them get to where they want to be in their lives.
